But did you know there are several keto diet types? No worries. That’s why I’m writing this article. It will give you a clearer picture of the keto diet types and which one may work best for you for maximum results.
The Ketogenic Diet is known by society as a weight loss regime. The difference between the Keto diet and other traditional diets is that it uses fat for fuel instead of glycogen. It reminds me of the Atkins Diet, where you consume protein primarily.
