A month-long challenge designed to encourage you to stay active and GO HARD OR GO HOME! To keep you motivated, we will provide daily challenge videos—these videos will include various workout activities, including pushups, pull-ups, deadlifts, bench press, and more. You'll begin the challenge with a benchmark test, and then after 30 days of activity, you'll end with the benchmark test to measure your total body transformation.
