NYE Quick-Fire Circuit at Total Source Fitness

Dive into our specially crafted 20-minute circuit that’s designed to boost your mood and energy levels. It’s quick, requires no equipment but adjustable resistance bands work great, and can be done right at home or in the gym.


The Circuit:


  1. Jumping Jacks - 2 minutes: Start with this energizing classic.

  2. Squats - 1 minute: Get those glutes working!

  3. Push-Ups - 1 minute: Modify if needed, keeping the intensity up.

  4. Mountain Climbers - 1 minute: Push the pace for maximum impact.

  5. Plank - 1 minute: Stability and core strength are key here.

  6. Burpees - 1 minute: End the circuit with a powerful full-body move.


Cycle through this circuit 3 times, taking a 1-minute rest between each round.
